Model History
The 10/23 was announced in October 1922 for the 1923 season as a four seater light car based on the successful 8hp version; they were given type designations of L10, T10 and Z10, and models included saloon, four seater tourer , coupe and two seater with dickey. The models were continually improved over the years, but production ceased in 1926 because they became too expensive in the light car market. Total production was about 2500, currently only 50 known to exist worldwide.

YM 7167
‘Tilly’ was constructed in late 1925, and after languishing for a year in the showroom of dealers Warwick Wright Ltd in London, was eventually sold and registered in 1926, now 90 years ago. Early history until 1965 unknown, and although restored in the 1970s, with several owners since, she appears to have had quite a hard life. We acquired her in 2004 after she had been on an Essex farm for 10 years. 18 months of hard work and searching for spares saw her on the road. Although regularly used since in all weathers, she is kept in good order and is gradually being returned to original specifications. She has original engine, transmission and running gear. DC
