The initial trip this car is making is into the ccntre of Australia, travelling to Alice Springs from Camooweal (Q.). An interesting feature of the car is the winch and steel cable driven off the engine for drawing the car across the sandhills on the Transcontinental trip. Special petrol and water tanks are also incorporated in the body
