Slowly tuning Starter with full battery

Hello,
need help.
My AX 65 makes trouble after sitting for over one year.
The dynastarter is turning very very slowly the engine also after using another battery. That means that the battery is perfect, but the starter Klicks like the battery is empty or when it turns it is more than weak.
don't know why.
May be someone knows why.

HI Markus, I would check battery terminal connections, are they clean and tight and all connections of positive wire right to the dynostart. Then check that the earth connection from battery to chassis is clean and tight. If still no improvement remove the band from the dynostart and check all the brushes are not worn excessively and also are free to move in their holders. If they are more than 50% worn, they will be suspect.
