Inner Tubes

I had a flat tyre at the weekend - the valve snapped off the tube. Fortunately I was in traffic at the time. The tubes are 12 years old from when I built up the car so I've ordered 4 new tubes rather than risk a high speed blowout! Jim Catnach advises using heavy duty tubes so I'm ordering some from Longstone Tyres which have metal valves but he advises not to use the nut on the valve to allow a little movement on the rim
